Stayed here with my sister and overall really enjoyed this apartment. Its location was quiet and favourable, not far from the ferry and centre, Playa Holbox, and the beach...

The space was mind-blowing - with a super kitchen, bathroom, and a breathtaking balcony. It was super comfortable and felt like home. Virginia, the lovely staff, allowed me to check-in earlier and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was jaw-droppingly spacious and had all the amenities you could ever dream of. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from shops, restaurants, and the beach. Great value for money with big, well-equipped rooms and even free drinking water.

a perfect base for sightseeing in isla holbox. setting not far from the island, holbox. it was within 5 minutes walk from clandestino, serving nice coffee and goodies. the staff were amicable here. loved climate control, a refrigerator and a private entrance, yet our beds were uncomfortable. private bathroom, quiet atmosphere.

Water should be added.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and great air conditioning. the fully equipped kitchen was a fantastic feature, allowing us to cook our own meals and save some money. the location was also convenient, with everything within walking distance. Plus, the option to rent bikes from the property made it even easier to explore the area. the shower had hot water and decent pressure, which was a pleasant surprise.

The street where the hotel was located wasn't the most appealing and could get noisy at night. the outside of the property wasn't well maintained, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a great experience at Casa Los Abuelos. Virginia, the staff member who checked me in, was lovely and allowed me to check in earlier than expected. The room was fully equipped and felt like a home away from home. The location, while not the best on the island, was still convenient with shops, restaurants, and the beach just a short 5-minute walk away. The value for money was excellent.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.

I recently stayed at Casa Los Abuelos and it was a great choice for my budget. The room was spacious and equipped with a good kitchen and great AC. I also enjoyed the hot shower with strong water pressure. The location was convenient, within walking distance to everywhere and close to the ferry and center. I appreciated the option to rent bikes from the property at a reasonable price. The apartment was really comfortable, with a warm and comfortable Queen bed. a great stay!

The place was as expected. Comfortable space, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The balcony was a plus. Good location, with a big, well-equipped room. Virginia, who checked me in, was lovely and accommodating. Great value for money. Close to the beach.
